Payment Types
Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service, unless otherwise arranged. We accept the following forms of payment: Cash or Venmo (other payment methods can be discussed as needed.)
Failure to make payment on the day of the service may result in a delay of services and additional fees. A late fee of $50 may apply to overdue payments.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of $25.
Price Adjustment
Our prices are based on the condition of your home as assessed during the initial walk through. If the condition of your home differs from the walk through (e.g., increased clutter, dirt, or other factors that require additional time or effort), we reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly. Any changes will be discussed and agreed upon with you before work begins.
Access To Property
To ensure timely and efficient service, we require clear access to all areas that need cleaning. If certain rooms or areas are off-limits or inaccessible, please notify us ahead of time to adjust the service plan accordingly. We are not responsible for areas that cannot be accessed.
Damage or Missing Items
We take great care in handling your property, Fresh Slate Cleaning LLC. is not liable for any damage to personal items, furniture or property unless caused by our direct negligence. Please ensure any valuables, fragile items, or breakables are stored securely before our cleaning service.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, whether through a follow up visit or a partial refund, depending on the nature of the concern.
Social Media and Marketing
As part of our commitment to showcasing the quality of our work, we may take photos of the cleaning results for use on our social media and marketing platforms. Please rest assured that we will do our best to ensure that no personal items, sensitive or private information or identifiable details are included in these photos. If you would prefer that we do not use any images of your property, please inform us prior to the cleaning appointment and we will respect your wishes.
Changes To Terms & Conditions
We may update these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
